LaToya Nicole Page, is a Licensed Real Estate Broker, specializing in Rental and Sales.
Ms. Page was born & raised in Brooklyn New York, graduated High School in North Plainfield New Jersey, and attended Morgan State University in Baltimore Maryland. Her family background consists of business owners, civil, and union workers, who exemplified the principals of achieving home-ownership goals through saving, sacrifice, and hard-work.
At the age of 18, Ms. Page developed a passion for Real Estate, after reading Robert Kiyosaki’s, RICH DAD POOR DAD. Ignited with goals of financial literacy & wealth through Real Estate & Stocks, she majored in Business Administration, receiving her B.A. in Arts. Although she received her OSHA in a Trade School for women, she decided to pursuit Real Estate through another means, being an R. E. Sales Agent.
Sustaining valuable relationships, while providing quality service is key to her 8 years success as an Real Estate Agent. Ms. Page has assisted as a Project Manager for multi-million developments in Williamsburg & Bushwick. Property Managing Commercial and Luxury Condos, she increased Revenue 75% within one month, consistently attaining average of 95% occupancy, while routinely satisfying urgent necessities of lessees.
Ms. Page loves traveling, biking through the City, and expressing herself through visual art.
Ms. Page resides in D.U.M.B.O. Brooklyn, caring for her cat, Annie.
